Chanel, Yvette, David and Jesús met and worked together in a skilled nursing facility in Osceola County / Kissimmee, FL for almost 3 years before developing Fearless Leaders ING... Under Chanel’s administrative leadership, the team has soared to the following heights:

Graduated the facility from Special Focus Facility Program (SFF) under CMS oversight

Improved the facility’s Quality Measures from 1 Star to 5 Stars in less than 2 years.
